There are no recurring subscription fees, automatic renewals, or hidden periodic charges associated with our standard service bookings. Each transaction constitutes a single, independent commercial agreement for the specific service requested.
3. Digital Delivery and Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
Digital and Virtual Delivery: Our services involve digital fulfillment, remote scheduling allocation, and the immediate provision of digital service documentation, electronic booking confirmations, and consultation access.
Waiver of 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and corresponding Bulgarian consumer protection legislation, because our services involve digital content and remote digital fulfillment that begins immediately upon successful payment processing, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that once the digital delivery or service performance has commenced, they waive their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal and refund.
